Meg Benson Ferry is a devoted mother, grandmother, educator, and community leader. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah and raised in Dallas, Texas, Meg graduated in Ancient Languages from Brigham Young University after which she served a mission in Italy for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Upon returning she earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Utah. Meg, and her husband, Ben, live in Corinne, Utah where they raised their seven children on their family farm. During their grade school years, Meg taught her children at home focusing on literature, languages, music, and agriculture. Meg also counseled geriatric patients for twenty-five years and taught foreign languages online for Washington School District for six. Currently, Meg teaches cello and Latin to nineteen private students. Meg tirelessly serves on numerous educational, cultural, and civic boards and provides extensive musical service with her children throughout Utah.
