Jennie Taylor, wife of a fallen hero Maj. Brent Taylor, will be the keynote speaker.
Amy Kroff, 2019 Utah Mother of the Year, will give a few remarks.
The performing group Heartbound will provide musical entertainment.
The statewide service project of American Mothers of Utah will be presented.
